These are our two rules to make a good artisan gelato

1. use fresh ingredients available on the local market.

2. No space for preservatives, colorants, or artificial flavors.

Some of our basic ingredients:

Fresh milk and cream

Nuts: Pistachios, Hazelnuts, Almonds

Chocolate 70% dark

Fresh seasonal fruits 

All our gelato flavors are gluten free (except for cookies&cream).

 

Sorbet flavors are also vegan.

Should real Pistachios be bright green?

No! Pistachios are green, brown, purple... 

We use the real ones, check it yourself

Should I go for passion fruit sorbet in winter?

No! If it's not seasonal, it's not fresh...

We only make sorbet flavors using fresh seasonal fruits.
